Dave Foley is a Canadian actor, comedian, director, producer, and writer, best known as a co-founder of the comedy troupe The Kids in the Hall. He starred in their 1988–1995 TV sketch comedy show and the 1996 film Brain Candy. Foley also appeared in NewsRadio and voiced Flik in A Bug’s Life.
