Bill Holbrook is an American cartoonist renowned for creating the syndicated comic strips On the Fastrack (1984) and Safe Havens (1989), as well as the webcomic Kevin and Kell (1995), the longest-running daily webcomic. Born in Los Angeles and raised in Huntsville, Alabama, he graduated from Auburn University and began his career at The Atlanta Constitution.
